Counter-Notice
If you believe your content was wrongly removed due to a mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice by providing our copyright agent with the following information:
- Your physical or electronic signature;
- Identification of the material that has been removed and where it was previously located;
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification;
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address;
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your area;
- A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA complaint.

It is our policy to terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe or are repeatedly charged with infringing the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of others.
